Neuro Linguistic Psychology (also known as Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a form of therapy started in the US in the 1970's.

The philosophy behind it is that people have all the resources they need to succeed, but may have lost the ability to access these resources. NLP enables people to develop positive and worthwhile strategies for a successful approach to life.
